How to buy truffles
If you want to enjoy the best truffle market, you will have to follow the following steps:
- Order , using our tfnos . (+34 661 54 75 66)or our email address : info@trufasdelsenorio.com , indicating the following information:
- Truffle amount you wish to purchase.
- Billing information (name, address , e- mail , nif / cif , telephone number ).
- Complete delivery address.
We will not accept e- mails requests if the required information is incomplete .
Receiving orders : Monday (until 13 h ) / Wednesday (up to 13h )
- For URGENT orders ( Señorío- Express) : 661.54.75.66
- Upon receipt of the e- mail REQUEST Trufas del Señorío will contact the customer and provide a unique and individual budget for each order , sending it back to the email client.
The price of the budget, indicate the breakdown of all items : taxes, insulated packaging and transportation.
- If the client agrees with the budget sent , you must make bank transfer to the account provided by Trufas del Señorío , sending the bank payment receipt by e-mail (info@trufasdelsenorio.com) , clearly indicating the order´s number .
Only then , we will consider the firm order . Without receipt of proof of payment , product delivery to the destination specified by the customer will be made. Trufas del Señorío shall cancel the order if we have not received the bank deposit in 3 business days.
About the order
Every order is unique and individual . The specified weight is the net of clean and washed truffles. So each order will have its specific price , considering the weight, size and quality of the truffle. Less than 200 gr requests will be accepted.
Taxes
The taxes levied are marking by Spanish taxation laws.
Shipping and handling
Shipments are made with transportation companies that have contracted and the cost of postage will be based on the cost and requirements of the order . Each customer chooses the delivery of method of his order :
- Señorío – Express : Delivery in 24 hours
- Señorío : between 48/72 hours on working days.
These delivery times indicated are approximate and are calculated from the output of the goods from our point of origin.
The seller
The seller shall inform the buyer upon delivery to the carrier the firm order .
The buyer
Since the product is perishable and expedited shipping , the buyer will have the time to cancel the order until the communication to the carrier for the delivery.
The contract will not be solve ,or amounts returned or the costs incurred , once the order has been delivered to the carrier.
